15-Minute Rule
Call time means ready time. CPC crew arrive checked in, dressed, and prepared before the clock starts.

Production experience at the center
CPC was built from the floor up, by a working production professional who understands the difference between filling a call and protecting a show.

Meet the founder
Celia Antelo, Founder and CEO, is an A1 Audio Engineer, V1 Graphics Operator, Technical Director, and Labor Coordinator. She built Celia's Production Crew from the ground up to give production teams a staffing partner that speaks the language of the show.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Celia understands the technical details, crew dynamics, client communication, and real-time decision making that keep complex events moving.
The operating code
The standards are simple enough to remember and strict enough to matter on every call.
Call time means ready time. CPC crew arrive checked in, dressed, and prepared before the clock starts.
Clean, professional show blacks keep the crew invisible and the production in focus.
Every call starts with the tools, PPE, and essentials needed to contribute immediately.
No wandering, no disappearing, no phone-first behavior. Eyes stay on the show and the lead.
Safety and accountability
CPC is a Woman-Owned Small Business and carries general liability insurance. Crew are expected to follow site-specific safety plans, department leadership, and applicable OSHA practices. Specialized work is assigned only when the required training and credentials are in place.
